AquaVita Tops Off

September 15, 2014

Jean Francois Roy, president of Ocean Land Investments, and his long-time business partner Dennis Eisinger, announced the topping off of AquaVita, the first of five projects that will reinvigorate East Las Olas Isles real estate with luxury, home-style waterfront condominiums.

On schedule to open in March 2015, the five-story building features 22 spacious residences. Situated on Hendricks Isle just off of Fort Lauderdale’s illustrious Las Olas Boulevard, the contemporary condominiums offer a variety of floor plans ranging from 2,321 to 4,480 square feet.

“We recognize this milestone with great excitement for the things to come in the East Las Olas Isles,” said Jean Francois Roy. “AquaVita is leading the charge to modernize this beautiful waterfront community with luxurious amenities that inspire an active lifestyle fit for both beachgoers and business professionals, and our subsequent projects will further enhance this vision.”

Fort Lauderdale Mayor Jack Seiler joined in a fete to celebrate AquaVita’s success, along with Broward County commissioners, local tastemakers and real estate agents from Barkin-Gilman & Associates at Coldwell Banker Previews International, the exclusive sales partner for OLI’s current projects. Following a topping off ceremony at AquaVita, guests enjoyed cocktails, music and hors d’oeuvres, and admired plans for OLI’s other projects, during a reception inside the sales center at 1800 E. Las Olas Blvd.

“Buyers have shown overwhelming interest in AquaVita, and because the building has sold so quickly, we have launched sales for our next three projects, AquaLuna, AquaMar and AquaBlu, before they have even broken ground,” added Dennis Eisinger. “Like AquaVita, these condominiums will offer large, open floor plans and appealing amenities, including boat slips and sophisticated outdoor spaces ideal for entertaining and relaxing.”

AquaVita’s waterfront land can accommodate up to 50-foot vessels, with one complimentary boat slip reserved for each condominium and a wide, deep water canal for ocean access. Resort-like amenities abound at AquaVita, including a 65-foot heated saltwater pool with cabanas, outdoor barbecue area, Zen gardens with Royal Palms and a fitness facility. Residents will be afforded the utmost privacy and security, with elevators that lead to a private foyer entry, 24/7 video surveillance and fob-secured access into the garage, building and elevators. The property is also pet friendly and smoke-free.

OLI’s next three projects, AquaLuna, AquaMar and AquaBlu, have already begun sales.
