FOR AQUAMAR AND AQUABLU DEVELOPMENTS

Winmar Construction to build AquaMar; Tutor Perini Building Corp. to build AquaBlu.

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (Feb. 10, 2016) – Ocean Land Investments, led by Jean Francois Roy and Dennis J. Eisinger, today announced that the firm has signed two general contractors for their upcoming AquaMar and AquaBlu developments. Winmar Construction will serve as the general contractor for AquaMar and Tutor Perini Building Corp. as the general contractor for AquaBlu.

Situated in the Las Olas Isles and along the Intracoastal Waterway, AquaMar and AquaBlu will feature waterfront residences and an array of amenities encouraging an active lifestyle. AquaMar features 20 residences, ranging from 2,531 to 3,439 square feet and priced from $1.4 million to $2.5 million. The 35-residence AquaBlu offers floor plans ranging from 2,136 to 4,295 square feet and priced from $1.4 million to $3.75 million plus. Construction for both developments is slated to begin in the first quarter of 2016.
