Ocean Home Magazine has now reported that AquaLuna has sold all of its 16 units before even completing construction. The eco-friendly development had units priced from $1.2 million to $2 million, with a variety of floor plans ranging from 3,166 to 4,224 square feet. Garage spaces for electric cars are just one of the features making this a pioneer project in environmentally conscious living.
