300 Grove Bay

Ocean Land Investments, Inc. and The Related Group of Florida planned to develop a 6.7-acre parcel into three condominium towers with a total of 224 units. The project was ideally situated on Biscayne Bay in downtown Coconut Grove with impressive views and 1,000 feet of bay frontage. Due to unfavorable economic conditions, the project was terminated.
