Brandon M. Spirk is project manager of Ocean Land Investments, Inc. He is responsible for consultant coordination, permitting, specification, contract documents and construction administration for Ocean Land Investments’ current projects, including AquaVita, AquaLuna, AquaMar, AquaBlu and 1800 Las Olas.
Mr. Spirk has built a successful career as an architect and project manager over the past 15 years, working with South Florida firms including Shulman + Associates and Zyscovich Architects. Having managed the design and construction process of numerous hotels, mixed-use buildings and residences, he has significant expertise in maintaining and updating historic sites as well as creating high-end, modern structures. Among his past projects are the Betsy Carlton Hotel, Savoy Arlington Hotel, Greystone Hotel, Parc Place Miami Beach Residences and 2Midtown. He is passionate about protecting the environment and has a particular interest in building design incorporating weather mitigation.
Originally from Philadelphia, Mr. Spirk earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Florida Atlantic University, as well as a bachelor’s degree in design from Florida International University. In his free time, he enjoys backpacking, cycling and volunteering with United Way and Habitat for Humanity.
