Dennis J. Eisinger is a principal of Ocean Land Investments, Inc. With a strong background in real estate law, he and Jean Francois Roy have been friends and business partners since 1996.

Mr. Eisinger is the founder and managing partner of the Hollywood-based law firm of Eisinger Brown Lewis Frankel & Chaiet, P.A. Over the past three decades, he has built a very successful real estate and corporate law practice, representing developers, numerous community associations, financial institutions and private equity clubs throughout Florida. His passion for real estate has led to his direct involvement in several development projects, including the successful development of student housing condominium projects in Gainesville, Florida.

Mr. Eisinger studied business administration at the University of Florida, earning degrees in accounting and real estate, and later earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida School Of Law. He currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Florida’s School of Law where he teaches a class on condominium and community development law to second and third year law students.

Mr. Eisinger is certified by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation as a CAM continuing education provider, as well as a Department of Business and Professional Regulation certified community association board education provider. He is also a long time board member and former president of the Community Association Institute (Miami Chapter).

Mr. Eisinger’s civic involvement has included active participation in the Cooper City Optimist Club program for many years where he helped institute new sports programs and coached numerous youth baseball, flag football and basketball teams. He also coached many youth basketball teams at the David Posnack JCC over the years, and has chaired numerous golf tournaments for various charitable organizations including, but not limited to, the Michael Ann Russell JCC and Embassy Creek Elementary School. Mr. Eisinger’s civic involvement also extends to active municipal and state government participation over the years.
