Pompano Beach Resort Hotel

Ocean Land Investments, Inc. purchased the 5.96-acre parcel in 2007 and envisioned transforming the oceanfront site into a luxury resort. The Pompano Beach Resort Hotel was planned to have 586 rooms within three separate hotels, connected by raised bridges over A1A. Although zoning approvals were obtained for construction of the first hotel, Ocean Land Investments terminated the project as a result of the economic downturn.
