OceanLand acquired the site on which the Lake Place condominium complex was subsequently developed. Lake Place is a 96-unit condominium complex along the waterfront of Clear Lake in West Palm Beach. Set amidst tropical landscaping, the gated community also features several amenities, including a clubhouse, swimming pool and Jacuzzi, tennis court, and exercise room.
