Following his term with Arthur Anderson, Mr. Roy began purchasing apartment buildings in high-end neighborhoods such as Westmount, Canada.  In 1983, he founded Carex Services, which purchased, developed, and managed multiple senior housing projects in sought-after neighborhoods.
