In 1995, OceanLand purchased a five-acre parcel located on A1A, which included antiquated motels near a burgeoning area of retail and nightlife offerings. The beachfront property was redeveloped in partnership with The Related Group into a gleaming condominium tower with 233 units. 2080 Ocean Drive was completed in 2003.
