Project Description

OceanLand purchased the property in 1997 and later partnered with The Related Group to develop the 23-story glass tower, completing the project in 2004. Located just north of Fort Lauderdale, Aquazul is comprised of 80 condominium units that elevate beachfront living with luxurious amenities. With a maximum of four residences per floor, Aquazul boasts sweeping views of the ocean and Intracoastal Waterway.
