OceanLand purchased an 8.8-acre parcel in 1999, which had formerly operated as a Days Inn, and partnered with Catalfumo Construction to develop two 27-story condominium towers. As one of only nine stand-alone Ritz-Carlton Residences in the world at the time of completion, the towers are comprised of a total of 242 units, angled for maximum view, transforming the site into a tropical paradise.
