OceanLand purchased this property in 1996. After the parcel’s existing Holiday Inn was destroyed by Hurricane Wilma in 2005, OceanLand partnered with The Related Group to develop Trump Hollywood, a 200-unit tower that aimed to offer a level of opulence unprecedented in the area at that time. The state-of-the-art building features panoramic views of the ocean, Intracoastal Waterway and Hollywood skyline, as well as luxurious amenities including a private café, cinema screening room, wine cellar with private lockers, cigar lounge and private poolside cabanas.
